hi guys! i did a stupid thing last 2 days. -_- my whole key set is still on my handlebar lock keyhole and i didnt realise it was still there when i turn my handles so i broke the key for the handlebar lock and the whole tail of the key is stucked inside the keyhole and i'm only left with the head of the key. -__-" anyone know how i could get it out or will any bike workshop be able to mend it? just take out the remaining key and do a new key for it maybe?

Ask the seller to bring the bike down to my workshop. I check for you.. free of charge.

Tell the seller that Raptor wants to check out the bike and listen to the engine for you.

If he dare not bring the bike to my workshop..... don't buy that bike.

There is an FBC plated black DRZ currently at my shop for sale.

It has a FCR41 carb, aftermarket full system exhaust, Brembo master pump with Braking oversized disc and Braking caliper on the front. STM slipper clutch and the engine has been ported and has Suzuki factory race cams installed.

Its a damn fast bike coz I have raced against it before.

The seller is asking for $11K cash.

You can view the bike at Blk 2 # 146 Kallang Ave Industrial Centre or call me at 96661159,

Im getting about 155 - 160Km before hitting reserve.

Is this the norm?

Im running on octane95, LV slip-on, 3X3 Airbox mod.

I used to get 180-190km with same setup before I went to rejet and tune cos there was alot of popping when downshifting.

Or am I just getting too comfy with the bike?!

What do you guys expect from your poor DRZ?

The only way to stop lean backfiring caused by putting on freer flowing aftermarket exhausts...is to jet the carb richer..ie bigger jets.

Bigger jets = more fuel flow = greater consumption = your current situation.

"Along with great power... comes great consumption". - Uncle Ben talking about his DRZ

I used to have 240kms before reserved when on my stock carb..

now i'm looking at only 150km..

Well, the FCR is justifying the petrol consumption!!!

I would have immediately sold my bike if I had to switched it back to stock carb for better mileage..
