g hi check with u guys thinking of changing windshield which brand is nicer and where to get it?want those taller type.and also to check recently get this bike have done carb servicing ,change plug ,eo ,oil filter everything done but still cant hardly reach speed 100km?what im missing meh?recently got the power abuser done, broquet charger.tks for any ideas.

Ive been quoted 280 for pirelli scorpion. Im using the same.

Wstan - i believe there is only ermax and givi winshield. The ermax is the taller between the two. Im using it also as previous owner had install it.

 

Ethan - i just had my bike for 7 months also installed by previous owner So far so good. Ive read good reviews about it from overseas forums.

WSTAN: should be no prob. Last year got my bike then do servicing: wash carb,change chain/sprocket,etc etc..like urs....100km/h shld be no prob....ask Byma wad she do to her vara y always can overtake us easily...lol

lol... mine is not ermax windshield leh.. mine is some kuching kurap windshield.. saw givi windshield... and i dont like the build and quality of it.. How big of a windshield u want? The bigger ur windshield, the more wind draft u get.. hrmm... then = not so fast? No?

 

Pirelli tyres.. i think i'll go for that soon...

 

The next meet up, please inform k.. me wish to meet you all.. so far the only varadero i see is always this redbull vara, or the black vara staying at my house.. will post more pics of my vara soon after i do up my carbon fibre box. =P

Absolutely no mods was done to the bike. .Just that it doesn't have an Air Filter which i believe is NOT advisable.

Last week i look a look at my air filter and found a couple of leaves stuck at the filter..

Byma got no air filter

So if got anything fly in I'm sure all disintegrated already

u can get from givi sole distributor at mah motor there.. moonstone road there... but be aware that the trk33n is made of plastic and not metal ya.. i wanted to get tt too... but after see-ing some overseas videos on how the plastic actually warp and can allow water to seep in.. i think better not.. but thats my opinion.. go and take a look at the showroom.. they have the trk series on the showcase.. looks attractive though..
