Should the new 400cc Kawasaki bikes be brought to Singapore?

As the title already say, should the new 400cc Kawasaki bikes (ER4N, ER4F and 400R) be brought to Singapore to give the 2A category a new breath?

 

Whether you think these lovely bikes (Kawasaki ER4N, ER4F and 400R) should be brought here and replace the already ancient/ageing 2A bikes here or not, do participate in this poll!

 

This poll can be a useful feedback to Evershine. They might change their mind upon seeing a lot of us here wants a new breathe to the 2A category and are passionate Kawa enthusiasts too! Closing date is 90 days from today so do poll and show your support!

yes they should bring them in, there isn't much choice for bikes between 200-400cc

I'm looking forward to the end of this 90 days poll. I'm trying to get around 500 votes and maybe 30% of the voters are looking forward to buy one. Singapore has no agent for Kawasaki. It'd be better if there is one here. I'm sure alot of us wants more bikes to 2A category.

Instead of getting a poll here, why don't you approach the major players like HL or Mah to see if they want it.

Srsly, it's all about business and $$. They need more guarantees than just a forum petition to invest time and money in something.

You need to show them that it's worth it to them to take up distributorship for something in return, and not just because you alone want to buy a 400 with agent support.

If they don't bring in, most likely Loois motor will, and the prices will be freaking high cuz they r the only importers. Considering the no. Of super4 riders in Sg, there should be a potential for a change.. Provided the prices is right??

Kawa should be able to replace the current batch of old 400cc Sport bikes.....But performance wise still a far cry compared to the yesterday years high rev engines, twein calipers and inverted forks....

Actually your idea is a good one. But I would want to wait and see first. Who knows Evershine really want to bring it in? I would like to approach Mah or HL (what does it stands for btw?) one day and see if they are interested.

HL = Hong Leong. Yamaha's agent.

 

Trust me. I think Kawas are good, but I'm scared of Evershine. If my bike need parts, I dunno how long I have to wait, and how much I have to pay for it.

 

The new and coming Ninja 1000 is a beauty. But I'm afraid of getting Kawas for that reason. LOL.

the very precise reason why i held off buying a ZX14....but then again worse to worse is to send the bike to Bkt Indah Kawa agent, as i heard the agent is more fiercer than SG one...SG agent like paper tiger leh....kns

I didn't know there is a Kawa agent in Bt Indah. I just saw an ER6N in JB when I was on the way back to Sg. What a beauty!

ER4N is a naked bike whereas ER4F is a fairing bike. It's actually the same bike. The difference is the N (naked) and F (fairing). I would say the ER4N is a road bike and ER4F is the sports road bike. Any better explanation? Hehehehe.

there may be a power differential considering that ER6F has 80bhp and ER6N/Versys has 70bhp.

 

im hoping there would be a versys 400 though..
