Hi, anybody has comment on fuel catalyst mentioned here?

One bike shop recommended Nanoball when I asked about Broquet. He mentioned this will be featured in April's Wheels Asia mag...

Anybody know the performance and price diff?

i have not use Nanoball before.

i got the Broquet B2 for my bike due to the good reveiws here. i have been recording every refill FC since i got my bike. so far i have 41 refill record before i used the broquet. after dropping it in the tank, i have so far additional 6 refill. as far as i can tell, there is no measureable performance improvment for me. i have not make any other changes to my bike that might change the FC and i have try to maintain consistant usage as much as humanly possible. on the road, i have not go faster then my constant speed of 90km/h.

i not sure have i been wrong, but from what i read in the forums, there is a 30days money back if there is no improvement. i contacted the seller and told him my experience and wish to get a refund. he told me that is not possible as it have been used before. he told me my result is not possible as he had sold to many users rider the same bike. he suggested i get another broquet B2 for better performance.

i checked with him the 30days refund policy and he told me to contact HQ Broquet company which i had dropped an email.

as always, it a buyer beware market. at most i wasted $59 for a B2. those who have bigger then 2B bike will have to consider it carefully.

that my personal review of Broquet.

My experience is almost the same as yours. I always monitor my consumption, pumping full tank everytime. But the only difference is that i tried b5 and b8 on my late cbr1k. The result, there were none. Consumption remains the same with and without, performance i really cant feel the difference. The only thing is that my temp shot up pretty fast. Within minutes on the road, my fan always get activated.

This is my personal review of Broquet.

just a waste of time...

And money too. :(

your full tank can fill up to 17litres

with that thing in your tank can only fill up to 16.5litres.

that the differences i see.

Hello! Anyone there?

agree, no difference.

hve been using the 5T Broquet for over a year, covering 20k plus km n monitoring fuel consumption over highway/town riding.

was willing to give it a try as cost was a weekend's pocket money.

if it works, great. if not, well, it's just like buying 4D !.

may work for some, but i suspect not for many others who perhaps are too shy to admit !.

forget about the money back guarantee. be prepared to take the risk n be surprised with the result. spend wisely.

Broquet has no effect on my X1R too. Maybe the solution base fuel improvement works better. I am using FP60 now. No more cold start problem. Always start at one crank or at one kick start. ^_^

if these products can improve fuel economy as promised, dont u think car manufacturers would include them into any vehicle they produce to give them an edge over competitors?

In terms of science, such products are pure gimmicks. Combustion doesn't take place in the tank, the claimed "catalyst" effect is not where it is needed. Unless there are chemicals leaching out from such "balls", it will do nothing at the piston.

Combustion is also a pretty fast reaction and catalyst are not needed for it. Additives that take part in the combustion may help but that is only for increasing power. Energy per molecule of fuel combusted would not change. Nothing is for free!

Basically, these products are a fraud!

Used to use b4 for my sp, helped increased fc by about 30-40km per tank..

now upgrade to cbr400 alrdy, just gotten b8 from derek again, will update fc improvement again after 3-4 tanks..

Great product, if not i would not have gotten it again after changing bike.. personally feel it is a great buy, especially since fuel prices are rising again..
