Hi,wanna know how to know if must change air filter?i am using bmc air filter and been using for 7mths. I got wash the filter once before.so when to know if washing is no longer need and have to change?thanks! Im riding s4.

mine TA200...actually thgt of go hurricane to customize a stainless steel for my bike...jus renew 10 years coe..thinking...maybe not worth...a normal air filter can last you for 6mths....so i stick to normal

Hmm.i see...cus i dunoe when must change.Previously i change air filter every 5mths.How long can actually filter lasts?

 

The aftermarket filter is supposed to last your bike lifetime. But of course, you can check the condition everytime you wash it.

If its those after market filter, they can last the whole of your bike age.

 

If its stock, check for discolouration, sponges that degrade when you touch it, holes in the filter etc. My old airfilter, the sponge just "broke" into powdery pieces if i just touch it a little. Messy black stuff.

dunno . i take out, knock knock a bit only.

Always ride safely and defensively.

Repair bike cheap and fast,

Repair body expensive and slow.
