Doesn't sound normal. Did you check the coolant level?

coolant level top till full already.

Get the bike checked then. The fan normally kicks in around 101 deg C, and it won't normally go to those temps unless you're stuck in traffic or riding very slowly in stop and go traffic.

coolant level top till full already.

 

hmmm... check if ur water pump is running well.... do a radiator flush.... carb model are cooler than the EFI model... btw.. u say u top up full? in the reserve tank?

 

best is open up the radiator cap n check.... if it is empty or close to that in the main.. it will not have the vaccum to suck over the coolent from the reserve..

HUGGER? ON BLACKBIRD?? bro i dunt tink it will look good..

unless u intend to change your tail lamp, increase the rear suspension, and either cut the license plate. By doing these only then ur rear hugger can be seen...

any waes... its ur liking then i suggest u order make your own... try asking anyone about fiberglass body work in sg. see wther they make such kits..

I have a hugger on my BB. It is not just for looks only but serve as a protector for your rear shock from daily elements such as small stones/ pebbles and dirty water/ grim.

 

Been looking for a carbon version lately and will update you Wei_de if i happen to source out something.

 

Very recent (in fact only last wednesday, 1st Aug 07) brought my BB for a clutch inspection during my regular oil change. Found the clutch plates worn and got them changed. Total 7 pieces of clutch plates and another 6 pieces of metal plates that rest between the clutch plates. Also new clutch cover gasket and four litres of half syn oil. Total came up to almost S$300 including labour.

 

Now the bike pulls strong and will be monitoring the mileage problem (angry ) that have plague my bike for the longest time. Will give a new update after a few petrol top up.

Any one of u guys encountered this kind of problems?

When cranking,got this "ke tack ke tack" sound.But wen engine fire up,no more noise.Won't suspect the CCT as i've changed it to a X-11 cct.even on idling also no funny noise heard.....why ar:cry:

If you pull in the clutch, do you still hear it? If it stops when you pull in the clutch then most probably it's normal.

 

It's the famous clutch housing rattling noise.

Nizarazu, pocket deeper, go for the Pirelli Diablo Corsa 3. Budget, can op for the Bridgestone BT 021, a new tyre.

Hi sexyh, reasonable price for the clutch plates... I am looking for a rear hugger too.. tried sourcing at ebay for CF look and it cost about 270 sin plus freight..BTW bike tech21 also selling but got to order for about 3 weeks and was quoted 230.. Maybe can consolidate and group buy. much cheaper.
