Why is it when my bike is on the mainstand and in neutral, my tyre spin like nobody's business. Is it because of the ebc clutch spring? Or my clutch pump is damage?

Btw, jus some observations from my newly oerhauled bike..

Bike tends to vibrate at rpm 2.5 and below.. when hit rpm 3, my bike suddenly launch like nobodys business.. no vibrations felt after rpm 2.5.. very damn smooth.. but when slowing down, when rpm hts 2.5, bike starts to vibrate..

Hey guys i got my replacement meter from Bro Trueno and had the lcd repaired and the guy who repaired it suggest i go for stealth mode. 1st time i plug it to my bike my jaw dropped.....in amazement.

Anyway, after 4 mths of hospitalization, i took the bike back and am saddened at the outlook of my bike.

After 3 hrs, I only managed to was the head cowl and the front bumper.. It was a tough job trying to wax the dirt out.. will spend another weekend polishing her up..

 

How I wish i can trade my fairing with CPT ZR... Hint Hint..

Valva clearance can be done after 50k shud be no problem

I did my valve clearance at bikeworkz for abt $600.. i asked Alai before, quoted ard $700-$800...

I'd rather change to led flasher coz using a load resistor will make ur flashing slower but at the same amp as a filament bulb.

For myself,my front bulbs are led whereas my rear are filament therefore,my flashing is not too fast nor too slow...my tail light bulbs are also led bulbs instead of filament.i went inspection with led signal n tail bulbs without any probs...

Thanks greysnail. I just sent my bike to Ah Lai today. I thought my brake rotor was dented. He checked and he suspect the brake piston and rubber ring jammed. So I wonder how to often you guys take out the brake out, service and wash. Anyone can share how to D.I.Y?
