the key i have now is not the master key so can i still duplicate it? cos i heard ppl say if duplicate without master key the bike also wont start due to the chip or something in the key

i heard u still can duplicate it also. but abit ex...about $60/key i think.

 

They will copy ur dupicated key's code into the new dupicate key(with i/c chip).

 

if u go to normal key maker to dupicate ur key, 100% cannot work!

Hmm 1k more than enuff?? Skali the block and piston rusty liao how? Still got coolant pump, engine mounting, variator, clutch, belt, rollers, 2t/fuel lines, brake lines and more... (worse case scenario )

talking about parts, anyone know if there is a "grave yard" for Runners? what i meant is that, is there a place where all cocked-up Runners are abandoned there waiting to be scrap...

 

need to get some small parts replaced because nobody sells it... sigh...

u can try going back to the shop which u hire purchased from... say u need to duplicate another key to keep as spare. i believe they would be more than happy to do so for u... at a reasonable fee, i suppose...

i bought a second hand vxr

but the owner juz use it for 2 months the mileage around 4000..

so when i go psc i'll still have the free servicing of the bike rite when it reached 12000 km?

warranty & free servicing sounds like 2 different things to me leh...

anyway warranty period is either 10,000km or 1 year from date of purchase, whichever comes 1st
