I think I'll do the il catch tank when I replace the fairing.. So no need to strip so many times..

So whats this PCV valve thingy for exactly in our case?

Or is it already in our bikes?

Think it's not... cos when I changed my breather tube it was just a normal pipe without any such attachment...

Really want to solve this engine oil missing issue... :sian:

Actually, I also confused! :giddy: :help:

But I think it's got something to do with the valve only opens when the pressure is built up or something....

I think mine lagi loooonger.. Taking sea freight.. :giddy:

Arcfire, I also dunno which is the valve.. The one from the crankcase looks the same as the one on the website.. But den the tube inside also got another valve.. Hmm.. But it's best to put the hose back to the airbox, cos the pressure in the airbox is lesser from den if u jus put an aiffilter.. It'll suck out the dirty air from the crankcase.. But this little bit of dirty air wun affect the engine according to the website.. I think I try on the Vios first..

Yes... after so long they finally arrived..... and you would never guess how much everything cost me..... :faint:

And the interesting thing was, my mech asked around other mechs and they said there have been cases of the washer breaking off as it was bloody filmsy. If you saw the piece of junk you would think so too. And cause it sits at the counter-balancer gear, it gets compressed and released everytime you rev your engine, thus over time it will break, like any other thin piece of metal.

So what other mechs have told him was that once broken, they don't replace it. They simply leave out the washer. The only thing would be that the counter-balancer gear would be abit lose but other than that not observable effects. How true is that i have no idea. So if any of you guys are going for your valve clearance or opening up your crankcase do take a look at it n see if its still there n update us on its condition, whether its really that easy to break off....

Valve clearance? Don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon... unless the engine really starts to behave real weirdly.
