If you ask me, the child should be as big as the smallest psb approve helmet you can find to fit over his/her head. No point conforming to rules but not safety.

 

For the numbers, someone else here might be able to tell you.

as long as his head is big enough to fit helmet..and his legs can rest on foot peg,.. i think..

no age limits..bu rather physical size..i think..

If i remember correctly, its minimum 10 years of age.

Take public transport. A bike is no place for a child. Period.

last time (when policemen wear shorts), i remember my father often took me as pillon on his bike..

I sat in front of his instead of behind him..

 

Dun take your child on a bike.. Roads are much more dangerous these days with faster vehicles..
