Army jacket for riding

The Goretex camouflage jacket, can be bought from the infamous army market @ Beach Rd.

Pricing varies @ $100+/-.

 

Of cos, in army, its a standard issue item(correct me if Im wrong). But not sure if need to return upon ORD.

 

For enlistees, NSF & Regulars, can also get frm eMart, think its credit item(IIRC), otherwise, payment via cash.

 

But on food for thought, why use a rain coat that's not for riding to use for riding?

 

If you're going for hiking or trails in the woods, maybe not bad.

 

But if you're riding, the main thing is that the jacket shouldnt be too bulky and big. Able to adjust to body contour, able to reflect lights for visibility and light.

and dont wear army jacket / pants to malaysia.

 

there has been cases of riders got detained by local authority as they wore army jacket / pant while riding.

Just went touring with that goretex jacket to Thailand, while the authorities just ignored me, it doesnt make a good touring jacket. Flips everywhere.

its very blukly and hot. when i wear i cant see my mirrors at all. but its very durable. pros and cons.
