Hi Guys/Girls,

I'm looking for HSE Personnel who would like to expand their career in Qatar - Middle East. They do not need to have offshore & marine experience as through time, they will be able to adapt. Requirements are as follows;

 

1. Any HSE Personnel with at least 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in the same company. This will help indicate that the person is not a job-hopper.

2. Have attended the common Safety Courses. SDWSH is not necessary.

3. We intend to train these personnel to lead the branches in HSE Department in the future.

 

If there is any who has Fire-Fighting and/or ERT experiences like Team Leader in ERT in SCDF, we would like to appoint him to train & lead our Fire-Fighters/ERT Branch. We are looking for one to head this branch.

 

The other category will be new graduates from Offshore & Marine related diploma holders who would like to venture into HSE in the same industry. This includes Naval Architecture, Ship Building, etc. etc. We are willing to take them in as Trainee HSE Engineers.

How is kepple FELS? Got an interview next Tuesday for the post of HSE assistant officer. Currently in the process of obtaining SDWSH in Ngee Ann Poly. Course will end next year Jan 2013. I was told the learning curve can be very steep for starter.

Hi all, can is there any way i can work in the safety line without a safety qualification currently ? Cuz im taking a degree in safety and it will take me another 1.5 years to complete. I have a dip in chemical and pharmaceutical technology in nyp.

Heard the turn over is quite high...One classmate joined kepple leave in 5 months time...

Some frds he knows inside also started whatapp him about leaving one by one.....Most less than 6 months...

Was told the bonus is good! Be prepared to face **** inside.. Knew their past 2 RSO in the company.. All leave without regret.

was from Keppel Shipyard Tuas last time...very gd learning curve to learn safety in all aspects...hands on approach n dealt with people from various countries... werk wise will be physical as to and approve all permits in your vessel in charge, conduct meeting etc not to mention assisting investigating incidents/accidents..abit no life as weekends may b burned..if can last the whole yr till bonus is sumthing you can be proud off...cheers!

okay...Keppel Fels and Keppel ShipyaRD HSE have different type of practice so be prepare for alot of stress and shackness....
