yeah they may or may not interview u and a panel of members will carry out the interview. they'll ask u questions pertaining to wsh eg. risk mgmt, duties of a wsho.

they have outsourced the interviewing to SISO, so nowadays, its SISO members in the interview panel. type of exaxt qtns, i do not know. but impt to have ur knowledge and the confidence when u speak. they dont want pple who beat ard the bush but dont give 'straight to the point' answers, and they also want to know that u are confident enough to speak up, loudly, since u need to handle pple and conduct meetings.
