hahhaa wad more do u expect from their service. personally for me, i go during the shop juz open or late evening when people all chiao. u really can get great bargain from boy. the mech will be this muscular guy, he is the best among the rest of the mech...hahhahahe explain to me why need to be change, original stuff for engine very crucial..bla bla bla. but now i swap to ah keong HKL!! hahahaha still there are pros and cons for Boy. aniwae HKL nearer to my house.

without asking price...

 

and when ah boy saw that....

 

faster he call me back....

 

and ask me wat i wan to buy....

 

and give extra discount..

 

but his worker at the workshop....

 

i really don like them....

the workshop i will nvr go again.....

 

but the retail shop ok......

 

i only buy thing that don need to go to the workshop.....

Just buy 1 kopi for the ah lau mechanic and surely he will fix ur bike 1st.

I ever bought a side box from LAB,then brought to the mechanic shop. Its was 10am and by the time they fix my side box, it was 6pm. I WAS VERY VERY ANGRY ABT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their mech so rude. But a muscular mech is very nice, he is the one that at least take note of me and fix my side box. I will never again go to that mechanic shop. Once is enough.

i bought a set of sissy bar from LAB and was offer to fix it up at the labour cost of $10... then end up spend 4hrs there waiting for the mech to fix it up.

 

He juz walk ard and smoke... drink kopi then bring my sissy bar walk here walk there dunno wat he is doin... end up fix liao... bt was slanted to 1 side... so damn angry bt i was too tired of waiting then i juz rode off... sometimes later then go to other bike shop to redo it again...

One thing you will definitely need when you go to LAB to buy stuff is to have ots of patience..And also time ehehe..The cheaper you bargain for an item the longer you have to wait..Ahaha..Not cheaper also still have to wait..For the price think its better tht you get it installed somewehre else or instll it yourself..The mech always will tke their own sweet time..But never do swee swee for you..Ahaha..

funny to see ah boy poster outside regina.. and saw two of the staff actually from LAB...

 

so i'm very confused when i first stepped in regina.. the boss is not bad, at least still entertain to me although i din buy anything...

same here...hEhE...went there 2 times nia...brought a helmet for my Class 2B...second helmet for my bike riding now...but reallie sometimes they tend to forget abt ur order due to too busy...still will go there for some stuffs i guess...

Since i started riding , the only thing i bought from L.a.b. is , 1 mirror , 1 helmet & 1 chain wax.
