how to find out whether im using KNN air filter or not... coz i took over from my bro in law, he also not sure. N my performance also lowered aft i service my bike. but din change/service my air filter. is it caused of that? help me smone...

must i change or service my air filter? which shop does it gd?

Air filter does not affect what you thing it is now on your bike after servicing. What was done for your servicing? What eo are you using?..perhaps the old one was better.

I'm using..helps by cutting 1/3 air intake rubber hose.

Stupid Hurts!.:giddy:Speed doesn't kill, mistakes does :faint:

Yap...shorter distance for air to get to fill the air box volume.:sian:

buy an aftermarket one like the one listed on the poll. They last much longer. I've been using a KNN one for almost 6 years and its still working fine. Some more can wash the air filter

Shorten the path of air intake to the airbox and volume filled faster. Benefits varies from bike to bike.:sian:

Non Vtec only..take out your air filter and look into the airbox. There is an air intake large inlet hose from your external air intake duct.:sian:

Hi Guys,

 

Which air filter are you guys using and would recommend for a 2008 CB400 SF Revo to compliment my moriwaki one piece?

 

Please also advise parts numbers if possible. My mechanic recommended me to to get one but said he couldn't find the number for a k&n

The one i am using is HA-4098 =) hope this help

So do you know if any modification is necessary to put this air filter on the revo or it will be a simple change over?
