Lost & Not Found : Left Black Pierre Cardin Laptop Bag In SMART cab.

I had a trip from Yishun MRT Taxi Stand at 10.15pm 1st Jan 2012, to Simei on a Green SMART TAXI. I cant remember the plate no. The driver is chinese, abit plump with white hairs. The bag is really important to me which has a Fujitsu Laptop, Hard Disks, Work Staff Pass, confidential docs of my company and letter to PM Office. Im not kidding. Plz do contact me at 93688327 if anyone happened to ride on this taxi or found my black pierre cardin bag with those items mentioned above.

Or guys, there r only 600 smart cab around in sgp n divided into 5 types of cars. Approximately 150 to 200 car are Toyota Crown Models. We have alot of riders n friends down the road. Describtion of driver: Chinese, age 50+, abit plump, lots of white hair & very unfriendly face. I last took on his cab on 1st Jan 2012, 10.15pm frm Yishun Mrt to Simei Mrt. Just came back frm police station to lodge a report. The confidential doc to pm office is the most important which got the officers panic.

try posting at hardwarezone or vrforum yet? they have higher traffic there and higher chance of taking taxi. folks here ride most of the time. it a bike forum after all:sian: of course those forums have more kiddo which might make fun of your situation but getting your document back is more important now.

I'm offering 1/3 of my pay(no bullshit) reward if found the driver n the bag. Passports, n important docs in that bag.

 

SMArT cab operators like helpless not professional at all. I'm like talking to the wall. I already send the msgs to all taxi drivers but no one return it what can I do?? You can call me down to ur office and browse though their pass pictures n that help to narrow down the taxi what!! If i can hunt down the black merc cab who kiss my swift in 2009 with the help of friends n riders in sbf , whatabout limited no. Of toyota crown green smart cab w 50+ ur old uncle with white hairs. Want to play hide n seek with me? Over here got needs, over there got highway.....! I will drag u by ur white hair, bloodied to the police stn..

looks like the taxi company should work with the police to narrow down the given criteria of the taxis

then easier for you to work on it.

 

 

problem is if someone who boards the cab after you , takes the item without the taxi driver knowledge ..

where did u alight from your taxi?

 

if its before the pedestrian crossing , u might be able to approach SMRT since they got camera pointing to the walk way.

hopefully it captures the number plate of your taxi approaching

BINGO!! Went with i.o. to SMART Cab office. Browse through the drivers' profile in their system. I pointed to the screen. "That the driver!" Investigation is still on going. Guys, thanks for ur help all this while. The experience i.o super coorperative. Hopefully can trace back my stuffs.

I once lost my wallet, hand carry luggage as well! Laptop, resident card, visa, credit cards etc etc! Couldn't get anything back! Took me two months to come to terms with it!

well...even if you can find the driver, he might not have notice your stuffs. it might be the next passenger that make off with your bag.
