Will TP take action against this Driver (with Video Evidence)

Was riding to work as usual, wearing my sunglasses with built in video cam. I worn them as often as I can... in case something happen, I have video evident to back me up.

 

At a junction, I saw a lorry in the opposite direction. Just in case, I moved off much slower than usual... To my surprise! He did something more dangerous than I expected. He shoot from X-Left to X-Right as if me and the other vehicles didn't existed.

 

Should I submit the video to TP, will they take action?

Make a police report at e nearest police centre or police post bro.. Stating that u have e video footage..

If u dun make the Police report confirm nothing will be done...

It was a pain to wear until I cut part off some of the form off the helmet. cost US$25 But the lens is damn lousy. I removed it and silicon another set of lens to the frame.

go lodge a report at TP/LTA or whatever relevant authorities man, you have video evidence, it shouldn't be too difficult.

 

such lousy drivers and riders shouldn't be on the road.

Not all riders will like the idea to cut the sponge of their helment. So I left 3 links to different types of Video Cam cams on Ebay. Local store do sell them but cost 2x 3x the price on ebay.

 

I am thinking of buying a cam that can be attached to my helmet or bike. Now, my can't take vids during night or cloudy evening as I won't be able to see well.

About that lorry driver, from the way the video shows, that driver obviously didn't give a SH*t about you, from that distance and angle he confirm can see you unless his busy talking on the phone probably, tons of drivers like this on the road...

Haha, I am wearing spec too... 200+ each eye, but I don't wear glasses unless I am in classroom or working (or wear if I am not familar with the road or looking for places...).

 

Get one Bike mounted or helmet strapped. will be buying as just broke my video sunglasses.

If u really want to take action abt the lorry driver, go tp, lodge a report n the most important phrase to use, u r willing to go to court if driver dispute. I ask my tp fren for this. Just fyi. Really need to give a stern warning to drivers that dun care abt us riders!

Sorry to say, TP unlikely take action for you agaist the driver, even you have the evidence.

They won't bother unless you are injured.

 

They always got "more important thing" to do, summom motorcyclist rather take action agaist dengarour driver.

 

Sad truth, now we know why our accident rate is so high.

 

Btw, me too interested in the CAM.
