2008 July - 2010 March: Daelim Roadwin R 125 (FBC 8363 K)

2010 March - 2011 September: SYM GTS 200 (FBD 7445 J)

2011 September - 2013 April: Yamaha Fazer fz6s2 (FBB 5824 Y)

hey guys thinking of changing to nc700x dct version. any reviews on the dct technology? I cant seem to find the difference between sport mode and regular mode.

In S mode, the gear changes as a higher rpm. In D mode, the gear up shift is much faster so by the time you're above 60kmh. You're in the 6th gear liao. When over talking, you can either manually drop gear by pressing the downshift button or throttle harder and the bike will automatically downshift for you. :angel:

It just takes all the user input, throttle, load, speed, etc and calculates if it needs a higher gear ma. Like auto box..

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

i duno about how the gears work for auto. since last time i ride scooter although auto no gear indicator. just ride nv think so much lol

Don't think tooooo much, buy buy buy now, u got to enjoy it first rather than waiting... :p

haha.. must wait to settle into my new job first. but the auto thing may be good since i had a broken arm and now riding with clutch abit straining for me.

I was inquiring and was quoted for an NC700X with ABS for $18.5k less insurance.

 

Anywhere I could possibly inquire for a better figure?

 

Appreciate any inputs.

Use the search thread button. This question has been asked a couple of times. Anyway price is plus minus there.. Technically speaking price should be cheaper now since yen is 3 years low.

I gt mine from bike prod 2 mths back at 18k for the NC700X abs model [agent bike]. Exclude insurance and IU.

Look like the dct is quite tested and stable after all these years

Understand theres 2 different power outputs, can I safely say that the one on the local roads is the non restricted model?

 

Also is the seat height adjustable in any way?
