Guess the BS salesman who said that DCT does not come with ABS did not read the owners manual

The sprocket for DCT is smaller then the normal version.

Havent tried my full face HIC yet.... But my regula helmet quite a squeeze due to the air flow panels on the helmet. But then agin my helmet XL, so mybe tat contributes to hving to squeeze it in abit....

 

But otherwise its really handy the space..... Can fit a wholelot to it.....

 

And agree with whyzee......cannot compare to chopper, posture is different. U may confuse it with the high bars but......different ball game altogether.

 

Fr me got it cause of the FC, road tax insurance cost and ideal ride for street riding...... Kinda redundant having 1100-1400cc bike riding 90-110kmh most of te time....and once a year touring... The NCX perfect fit fr my lifetyle now

Ah i see. Anyway nono, you guys got the wrong idea. I dont mind any posture as long as its not crouched over like a sports bike. What i'm looking for is a comfortable position that allows me to travel long distance without stressing my backbone :) The NC700X fits the bill for me. Fuel efficient, low-cost bike, road tax insurance costs(according to u guys haha), comfortable position, easy on starters and most importantly, able to nicely fit 1 top box and 2 side boxes as i like to carry my stuffs along wherever i go. Anyway many thanks for the replies guys. Got an idea of what to have in future. My phantom is getting on in ages, lots of parts breaking down, wont be long before it has to go :)

Oh guys, according to gmax the exhaust should be ready for lta approval in nov. Guess just nice for my arrival of my bike. Will be getting the carbon slip on if the price is right.. Mass order... Anyone.. Haha

Got 3 options. 1st is th spray it red, 2nd to carbon wrap it or lastly, just let it be. But I think spraying it red would be the best looking.

 

Not sure yet still thinking

I wrap my hepco xplorer in red CF sticker changr aluminium silver to red instead haha

gotta see the price 1st haha... so far the slip ons available cost near 1k :faint: not worth it, can get full system on other bike alrdy

Spray should be able to stick as hepco intentionally left that piece removable so users can spray to their desired color however I have the same sendiment as you, paint is prone to scratches, morever that piece is the outermost part of the box, very prone to scratch and knocks. Will be ordering the CF vinyl tonight and try DIY. If successful, can start to carbon wrap other parts. Haha.

thats what I thought, must be pktan's friend. No guys, I didn't hear the exhaust, but i think all these aftermarket exhaust should sound similar to stock with the silencer on..

 

I will wait for Yoshi and Leo Vince to be out before considering. Nowadays too busy with other things. :)

i got it from my dealer with a price tag of 20k+ OTR..

 

just went down yesterday to ensure the order was placed.. haha.. now just sit and wait..

I also want to change the exhaust... eying on the carbon leo vince.. not for the sound.. but the size.. ahaha.. Leo Vince is my liking...
