Don't do anything rash as it may get you into more trouble. Should situation must be handled with a cool, calm and assertive mind.

I would carefully manoeuvre my bike out of the lot and "accidentally" scrap my lever end onto that indiscriminately parked car.

Motorcycles are always at the losing end. Was thinking of parking behind him with my handblebar locked but to think about it, he can always knock down the bike. You can always up the pavement and ride out.

Happens at my place all the damn time with a same driver. Dont damage his car. Nowadays cars are equipped with camcoders.

in such cases,

do what "stompers" do

take a pic and send to HDB/LTA/TP..

yes just send to all...

at least one government body will take up the issue

FYI

now LTA "Enforcement Officers" also "armed" with

digital cameras..take picture then send you "love letter"

moral of the story..

IF YOU CAN'T BEAT 'EM, JOIN 'EM!!!!

actually if you immediately call town council, they are obliged to tow away the vehicle and impound it with LTA.

there was once i spotted a gilera on its side at the side of my multi-story carpark ramp. it was very strange, i suspected a thief tried to steal it, fell off while riding down the ramp and then made a run for it. after all, no bike owner in his right mind would leave the bike on its side like that.

i called mata to tell them i suspected attempted theft plus it made the ramp difficult for car to go through, they told me they will look into it plus inform town council. within the hour it was towed away.

granted, you might be in a hurry to wait one hour. but this is the 'correct' way to make the guy suffer without getting yourself in trouble.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

i dont get peoople like you. why dont you confront the driver face on and have it a win-win situation. like leave him a note asking him you had caused trouble to some rider and if hes still there, then you go on a step forward.

I will use the bike handle balancer to scratch the car. Look like accident even have camera no need to worry just tell the truth that car park illegal and you cannot move out.

If i wanted to work as a parking warden, id quit my job n do it.

Maybe people like YOU have the time to do that.

People have their jobs and that makes the world go round. Everything is efficient here.

Anyway you said something so strong like that? I didnt do anything nor make any calls.

Put note and warn him...he still never change, hope he has deep pockets but remember, a55holes usually have cams in their cars from past experience of being an a55hole, don't give idiots a chance.

It's hard to meet the driver face-to-face as they usually park in the middle of the night when there are no available parking lots.

They can be fined, but they can also appeal and give funny reasons.
