Hey guys, our SPs make this "tat-tat" noise when in neutral idling right? Everyone says it's from the clutch housing, and can be fixed in JB. Where can we get it fixed in SG? Price?

 

juz went there to do it yest..still got a bit of sound but tink i kanna chop lah..he quoted me 40..den after finish liao he tell me 68..plus i change clutch cable...worse part is now i kick gear always go neutral..den sometimes from gear 1 to 2, very hard to kick..like stuck like dat..den dat time i half cutch gear 1 moving very slowly..den suddenly the whole bike rush forward like i ram like dat..tink inside is slipping or something.. So my advice for u guys dun save the money..go and change the clutch housing...

hi guys my sp very hard to tap up from first gear to neutral gear when stationery. y is it so?? but when moving its easy to tap up. i normally from second gear soflty tap down to neutral gear.. any bad points about tiz?

no bad points lah...most ppl oso do it dis way..perhaps its yr 4t or clutch plates dat lead to dis prob??or izit ur chain is too tight?? :confused:

hi... i'm a 19 year old new rider wishing to get a sp... anyone know roughly how much is the insurance? now stressed abt the insurance :giddy:

How much you have in cash and whats ur budget and I can tell you your chances of getting your own SP. :smile:

currently no... but sometimes theres outing organise by KRR or SBf.. and u can join them...

 

if not you organise lor... :smile:

erm..... abt 3K lor.... in cash i heard they say 500 should be enuff liao...

$500? NOt really lah....... Try going Serangoon's Bike Production and look around see how much they will let you downpay for a SP, if not wrong you take $800 go still got change left. :smile:

Time to change engine oil liao...

If still cannot...

 

Ur Clutch too near.... adjust ur biting point a bit further...

This might solve the problem...
