hi ppl don't mind me asking .. just now i went to do something at dunlop rd bike shop there .. the uncle say my bike valve not working .. maybe jam or spoilt ..

 

if it's really jam or spoilt will it cause damage to my bike engine ?

 

he says i go for full service then if valve jam he can service for me .. if the roller inside spoilt must change and he say cost 100+ .. true ?

 

last but not least , any bike shop recommended for full servicing ?? how much does it cost ?? thank u guys

For 150cc , u can try go AGL(JB) do....

True enough.. i didnt frequent Sg shops to do my Sp last time..

Now with CBR, lan lan have to do in SG..

JB not really gd with 400cc above, including those 250cc..

oh ya today the uncle help me tune the bike after that i ride the bike no more so much vibration when reaching 4 to 7k rpm .. then when i open throtter my rpm also go up very smooth and very fast now ..will it have any side effect or damage my engine huh ? pai seh i got so many questions to ask .. cause i very scare at expressway suddenly engine got problem then jia lat ..

my suggestion is to go JB(AGL) to let 1 of the reputable mech to check out your bike....Even though must change also still cheaper than SG...

 

my 2cents of opinion...for me i would frequent XHM(Xing Hock motor) beside the first foodstall...

$90...first time i got my bike, there was this thing missing...that caused my FC to be real bad...130km fulltank..then they told me and replaced it, reliable...

 

anyway, wanna ask, what chain and sprocket do u guys reccomend?

but the uncle say my valve jam or spoilt i don't know .. but my bike still can drag 110km at 3rd gear on small road i try just now.. haven't try top yet .. my bike i carry on installment for my cousin .. then that time his piston jam .. he go AGL there overhaul liao .. so the engine should be ok .. but only scare is the bike got skid at right side a few times then hit the valve until jam or what .. i now still bike idiot .. everything don't know ..

 

about the tuning the uncle make for me .. the rpm go up really very fast .. will have problem anot ar ? because before the uncle tune for me .. my bike pick up slow until 4k to 7k rpm suddenly got a force come then got power .. now my bike like all the way got power .. i scare it will damage my engine faster

btw my suspension very loose sia .. like when running on high way .. i majiam like riding a horse .. keep shaking up and down one .. should change it ?? how much is a suspension roughly cost huh ??

i got one from JB.....normal one... use for 1 year or plus..

 

Xing hock.... ppl go there, the mechs always say must Overhaul one lei...haha...no offence... but for regulars i dun noe la.. mayb different treatment?.. or already long time investment.

then ur valve jam?... in this case, u say got power, meaning to say by right, ur valve is cleared liao...if not, how to have power? valve jam or nt, very easy to see... when its opened, it goes up....,closed, its down...

they will charge u for workmanship...u try a few days.. can feel one.. if not not open, u can feel it...

then u bring to shop..

you say ur cousin used to own it.. ask him go down or check with him all these problems
