:help:...why everytime im ready to join an outing,bike give me problem...juz nw go teh tarik at yishun there,go there ok,going back,my bike couldn't start...the gt one R1 rider say maybe carb flooded...wait awhile,after countless times trying to start it...even push start also cannot...then can start...i happy already...then otw to dam,at traffic light,engine stall...push to pavement to kick and push start,also cannot...lucky gt fren..can help me...then called my brother,he came and open the bike,checking the bike..changed spark plug,can start...also happy already...then stall again...then repeat the starting process again and again,from 2+am until 5.30am...still same problem...anyone can help me?...my running in for the piston also haven finish...still gt 400-500km to go...and also my coolant keep spitting out the overflow tube...

wow.. 3hours plus dealing with de bike, if for me i throw to nearest shop d.. lol.. impatient..haha..

 

Btw, piston seized normally cant even start rite? maybe fuel intake too much? till spark plug alwaz get wet? Shake the bike a while and dun try to throttle it when starting it, if not fuel keep flowing in.. But this kind of problem better take back to the mech.. old bike will alwaz have those kind of problem.. Maybe it's not happy that day? Emo....:angel:

seize?..cant be...cause can start...can ride also...i cover the spark plug hole n kick,the air escape...compression strong..

 

 

how can suddenly fuel intake too much?...can parking on a slight incline with the fuel valve on cause tis?...and 1 thing i realise,when start,the RC valve open half juz to keep it at idling...if idle,valve shud be close rite?...its like the valve open to keep it frm stalling...is it possible for the setting of the carb to go wrong?..coz i was from marina barrage then go to potong pasir then yishun...and no prob...only start prob after i went makan...emo until spit out coolant..lol

the over flow tube i thought is petrol? o_O

Hmm.. If really ur valve not close or function not well, den try to check de power coil. like a small motor under fuel tank that connect to valve with cable. Once u throttle, the thing will turn de.. That thing very important de le.. take to mech lo.. cuz they should no better.. Gd luck..

Sometimes its lidat de.. ur bike throw tamtrump.. Btw yst u pillion ur gf? saw u at traffic light at yishun near stadium there..
