Guys, regarding my bike problem which is valve stucked, planet ah choon told me $120 to service it which will include gasket, coolant, etc...

 

He told me after servicing will solve

1. rough riding aka engine vibration alot on low rpm (4-6k)

 

2.150km/h top

 

Anyone can confirm this? Cuz $120 seems quite alot... :cheeky:

 

And also if lets say I ignore it meaning dun service it, will it leds to any other problem in future?

hey..are u a sp rider? if so..i aqlso having the same problem..i seriously dunno y it will vibrate so much at around 100km/h. last time when i first buy that bike...it wun vibrate so much...hmm..dunno what causes the vibration..do u haf any idea? i went to malysia to ask b4..he say need to overhall...i think its rather stupid lor..but i really dunno what causes the vibration to increase over time..does anyone know what is going on? it cant be gasket..cos i went to do a full service just half year ago..but the vibration seem to be getting more and more serious..

shld be con rod n bearing...

yday went dw to race werks to check out the pricing for some changing & repairs...

 

clutch housing loosen=$38

change=$48

brake lines & pads original (nt those hel or sbs) =forget hw much le

sprocket (front & rear) & O ring chain=$180

brake pump kit oso=4get hw much le

Total=$400+/-

 

izit expensive? haven include full service....headache man..dunno whet wana giv them do it a nt....they nt giving me the parts i wan such as hel brake lines,sbs brake pads......

heard clutch housing around that price but duneed fix cos prob will come back...

 

chain n sprocket DID O ring and original flower brand sprockets can get from ah boy for slightly more than 100 nia...180 is wah piang...can ask ferrous we changed together

 

ur brake pump kit front and back each shld be less than 35,...original ones

 

original brake pads 18 dollars

 

rubber brake lines original around 50 to 60..not worth it

Recently i was advise by the mechanic to change my cluth housing too...

He was talking about casket, etc..

The problem im having is pick up very slow and the enjine makes

weird noises and vibrates heavily around 10 - 50 km/h...

 

I was thinking of going Jb to do it .. cant afford it anymore over here man...

ha ha

For original KATA i selling 1 set sure cheaper.. someone changed for about 100+++ i selling for $50 only... included the rod everything..

 

Guys i got afew problems need help..

go flush ur coolant....

 

 

vibration is normal...

 

if ur bike at idling is louder than normal sp... its con rod...problem... better pray bearing dun spoil...

 

conrod spoil can cause vibration ( more than usual ) when open valve...

 

best is ask mech to check....

 

normally sg mech sure tell u no problem 1.....say upgrading soon tahan abit.

 

then will tell u this spoil tat spoil must change if not very dangerous ...or will cause more problem if dun change ( normal bike shop tatic ) or muz do full service to check wads the problem... they earn ur full service money but nv check problem for u ....

 

i trust msia mech more.. since they r dealing wif more 2b bikes all the time... n they r very experiance 2 stroke tuner...

 

if u cant go msia ... then i recommand racewerk ... prepare to pay abit more for the good work and sg pricing...
