Dear all,

I am planning to ride to Malacca this coming end of March, departing on the morning of the 29th (Good Friday public holiday), returning next day Saturday afternoon.

I will be riding a Phantom TA200, and it will be my first trip so far out.

Looking for any other riders who would be interested to ride along together. All are welcome, the more the merrier (and safer).

Hence, by any chance if you're interested leave a reply or pm me! This thread will be checked often.

Also, recommendations or advice from experienced riders are most sought after!

I'm planning on my first ride up on my DRZ with my colleague only in June, so can't share any riding experience, but I've driven up to Malacca about 3-4 times and it's a comfortable distance with plenty of rest stops in between. Should take you just under 3 hours to get to the city outskirts if you maintain a 110kph average. The only downside to the SG-Malacca route is that the NSE is 2-lane, so overtaking might be a bit hairy (on a small cc bike).

Ride safe bro, and have a good trip!
