Used to have a smokking place inside school at the old rp campus.Now sch is having no smoking policy,so every1 trys to go out to smoke....If caught in school for smoking $50 fine nia.....

Old campus at tanglin had a legal place in school to smoke.

I think its a "fund raiser" for RP from smoking students....
