So what are the pros and cons for the RCS19?

Pros - Better braking, much more control over your braking process. But i guess the feeling varies from one person to another. There is only 1 way you can find out.......

Cons - Much bigger hole in my wallet, got no control over my spending habits :faint:

It's not how fast you ride, but how well you ride.

plug and play from my past experience with it.. no relay needed.. did you leave some fingerprints on the bulb surface?

perhaps you can bring it back to limbat after CNY?

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

Yup do not use ur fingers to hold the bulb as it will create hot spots on the bulb which shorten the lifespan of the bulb.

Laymen term :

Our human hands has oil residue, if we handle the bulb with our hands,

The oil residue will go onto the bulb n that area will Be where the heat concentration is, when the light is on.

And it's always good to have a head light switch

As we crank our bike, there is a sudden rush of current to the bulb as our bulbs are

By default in the "on" mode.

With a switch, u can off the bulb, then crank ur bike, warm it up, switch on the headlight then move off.

It helps to prevent shortening the lifespan of the bulb

in addition, if happen to touch the bulb, fret not, still not the end of the world.

use tissue and wipe:)

eh.... can i ask... wat is the market price like for FZ6N?? and also is it affordable to own tis bike when im still serving the nation??? thanks...

It should fall somewhere below 11K (*subjective), since you pop up this question why not keep the current ride till ORD. If your ride has been fully paid even better.

FZ6N is real neat... very stylo.

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine

It's hard to say although now ns pay had increased compared to my time, bit over the weekends u utilize the bike alot, this will factor into ur petrol n maintainance.

N ur downpaymemt will be another huge factor to depend

How much ur mthly installment will be, which is how many percent of ur ns pay is gng to go to ur bike leaving little for ur own lifestyle expenses.

It is still affordable but you have to sacrifice alot of time and money on your bike, and those two factors will be the most precious to you once you're in NS. So, it just arrows down to weather you are willing to set aside your weekends and at least half your allowance for your bike alone.

I'm not discouraging you from getting such an awesome bike, i'm riding a FZ1N as well. But i don't have a gf or other commitments / plans so it's still manageable for me

Yeah man! All the more we should have a "Naked" meetup before @reptiletan enters the dreaded life of an NSF  Can ask @seahmh along too!

Yep, i'm an NSF too. But i wait for my ORD till my neck longer than my exhaust pipe already. lol! Basic allowance as a recruit/private when you enlist should be $420 if they didn't change the amount. Then if you go for either specialist or officer course then your pay will be around $800+ and $1200+ respectively depending on alot of other factors such as combat pay, risk pay, etc. You have to do your own calculations as well to see if you're able to support your bike and lifestyle at the same time :thumb:

complete cross section cut out of the exhaust box.. just some info on how much backpressure there is on the stock system.. don't try this btw, it is illegal and you will get fined if caught!
