anyway, i had my rear shock changed n front fork serviced with no spring change. suspension set accordingly. brake line changed to steel hose, chain n sprocket oso aftermarket. shd b enough for now. just hope no itch.

Bro, you can go to any mech and ask them to install a hazard light switch for you. Cost only around $15 the last time i did it for my vara.

Just installed this on/off switch to control the headllight & dashboard. $40 part is OEM Honda but not sure for what model. All the wiring for the FCE has been professionally wired. Just gave $35 for the labour.

 

I was told the PC may over-write the "auto-choke" on the EFI, this may be the reason when i crank i need to throttle it up a bit. Unlike before just a press on the starter once, the bike will roar up.

 

Charles, does your bike need to throttle p a bit when you crank the bike or only 1 press?

 

I have now lowered my idling rpm to 1-1.1k

bro, where u get this switch? looks neat on the handle bar. i oso wanna install on off switch for the headlamp.

no bro... i not even need to touch the throttle grip when i crank start my bike... i think another reason is that i had been doing battery maintenance on a monthly basis... hence my battery is kinda going strong & good all along...

wat battery maintenance did u do? care to share?

O.o global motor so cheap? I think some of the bros here would recommend bike production, one of the cheapest around. Interest 4% if i am not wrong..

Bikewerkz quoted mi $25 for the switch+ installation. But i dont like the switch. I'll source my switch myself and let bikewerks do. Today went down to bikewerks to do HEL brake line. So just nice ask abt switch and voltmeter.

depending on whether will you clear off the installments when you got extra cash anot..

 

some shops will charge early settlement fees, but asphoon does not.

 

so far the reputable shops which dont charge hidden costs are asphoon and loois..

 

bike production is cheap, but if your installments aren't prompt, you might be in for a ride..

Had a small trip - enter from 2nd link rode to 1st link, tried top speed with my H&B panniers, can hit 230km/h. bike front wheel starts to get light around speed 200km and above.

Worst thing is my stock rear tire skidd twice entering the NS highway Toll. abit wet (where the small motorbike lane) Stock tires really sucks...
