just got may bike back from Planet...

i took my bike on thursday, thursday night the bike dead at Clementi... cannot be started... friday morning called up planet, they towed back and replace new needle for all carb...

damn angry at first, but ah chong didnt charge me the needle and retune carb cost, so it is still ok... however, they changed a new choke cable for me, the old one rusty and very hard to pull up, so i pay for the choke cable only...

now still testing the bike, if can started after cool down, then it is alright...

left with the fauly neutral sensor, the radiator fan sensor, volt meter not yet done, will get it done after my exam.... second hand bike...

BTW, the previous owner already pay me up $480, nothing to say, a very good seller!

it is almost impossible to find a legal second hand full system for cbr900 in singapore... all the approved aftermarket exhaust just started selling in singapore 2-3 yrs back only...

and damn, my bike dies off this morning again... start warm up about 5 mins, die off, and have to wait another 15 mins to start again... back to the condition before top overhaul and change the carb needle...

nabie, really dunno what is the freaking problem... after starting 2nd times, the bike running without any problem... damn irritating...

it is just like the fuel flooded, engine running too rich and dies off... but weird thing is when i first start, i have to throttle a bit so the engine wont die, if i throttle too much, the engine will dies off immediately....

i cant start the bike if i pull the choke, however, i can pull the choke at the second start to let it idle @ 2.5k and later stable @ 1.1k rpm...

stress sia, dunno what is the freaking problem.. :giddy:

ya, damn fed up..

worst is even the mech also dunno what's wrong, engine overhauled, carb tune and replaced new set of needles, no fault can be detect, but every morning cold start, it will have this freaking problem...

i suspect my air boc got some problem, because when cold start without the air box, it wont have this problem... may be drill a hole at the air box for better ventilation, then no more fuel too rich...
