Went down last sun afternoon. Quite commendable for the effort put in to organize the event. Some counters selling some bike stuffs, with some good bargain.

guys, can i check with the sv400 riders, ur fc?

after i retuned my carb, i can fetch about 24km/l with hard riding but top speed suffers, i can only hit 180 now, hardly touching 190. but the pickup is better, the bike feel lighter when u pull also.

I guess the tuner tuned it lean. Need to readjust the air/fuel mixture... But you can't have both, its either more pickup or more top speed

Amazing fuel consumption, maybe better than the honda 400cc common bike everywhere.

guys , i went back to increase the fuel intake, now got more pick up , but top speed still the same. think vtwin bikes are not suitable for speed also.

Should be the carbs that's giving the problem. Managed to hit redline (rpm)?

Maybe the carbs out of sync during high rpm.

Beside carb service, did you do anything else?

my single longest ride so far is chasing metal from ubi to his house there..

just topped up after 90 km..

almost 4 litres.. about 22km/l lidat..

it feels as though i can cruise at most of the gears. i'm hardly opening the throttle.

on the 1st to 5 th gear can go beyond the redline, but 6th gear cannot. haha

only wash n tune up the carb lo, nothing much.
