I bought the bike second hand still under warranty for 2 months left , went down to the dealership , they say that their schdule is too tight need to leave my bike next wed. I felt that I would rather pay for the repair outside.

Bro, I hate to wait and the trouble to and fro.... I was thinking of changing the master cyclinder was wondering which is better brembo or performance machine... please advise

haha, same reasons for me too, but i did send my Rk in once due to fly by wire problem. pro harley shops outside cant do that, so i went back. i personally prefer brembos...

Hello Fellow Harley Riders,

 

Got a couple of things for sale to clear out the storeroom:

 

1. Tapered Mufflers/Slip-ons made by Khrome Werks for 1999 and earlier EVO Fatboy. Can be mounted on newer Twin Cam Fatboys and other softails with brackets (not included). New and unused, unmounted. No clamps. With original box and instructions. Asking $200 negotiable.

 

2. Twin Cam Layback Tail Light. Original Harley part, with lens, bulb, wiring and housing. Asking $70 negotiable. Bought used, but it does not fit my Evo softail.

Hey guys, I'm planning to order signal lights online and I'm unsure if I need to bring it to a Harley mech to get them mounted up. I know the signal lights are all universal, but is it necessary to bring to a Harley mech to get them mounted?

 

And another noob question, does all 1 inch grips for cruiser fit Harleys?

not necessary but ur regular harley pro shop will know ur bike better and hv all the right tools for the job : )

Anybody can shed some light to the handle grips issue? I've seen some grips that I like but they aren't made for harley but they are 1 inch and suit other cruisers like steed or shadow.

haha... steed and shadow parts cannot fit. how i wish they can fit the handle grip.

No lah... Mine's a 883r but has tank decal almost similar to that of 48 even b4 it's launched here in SG... Kekeke...

 

The clutch side no prob but the throttle side will not fit due to the diff throttle cable arrangement...
