OK here's a confirmation, I just did my inspection 3 weeks ago, stock baffle-less, passed..no problem.

 

that is good to hear...maybe they gave up on us so now the requirement is " at least it is a stock exhaust, minus the baffle"..

The 48 is nice but it is really low, so you can't be too tall and the rear wheel is huge, i think it would cost quite a bit to replace. Was at the dealership two weeks ago and sat on the nightster on display...it was the most comfortable single seat! Looks great too but also a rather low bike.

Haha, I've been on very loud pipes for more than 2 years already. My previous bike was as loud as a Harley and when I gun throttle it can get louder than a HD, been eluding boys in white for so long already. Got some skill now. Haha.

Basically, this bike is still in the means of being " fully done up "..

anyways this bike handles like a SM..no kidding...tons of torque + you get to go low...

600cc sport bikes will have some slight trouble catching up.. =P

4) XR1200 Oil Cooler Guard / Protector - €48,87

Lame stuffs:

8) Some Chrome mirror ( skeleton hand holding a mirror ) - $100+?

Customizing:

11) sent my swing arm for sand blasting, high polishing, THEN Chroming.. 3 process to archive better results

12) front fender mid section for chroming

13) powder coated Black for the left & right side of the bike.. eh..the one side is the derby cover area and the other is called primary cover?

 

the process mentioned above cost me about 1.2k ++? i changed gaskets & oil and all those stuffs in the process..

 

14) ALL BOLTS!!! are from UK & are Stainless Steel stud bolts, ( whole engine area + derby cover + belt guard along swing arm ) $470

 

 

anyways, all items purchased for my bike comes with receipts from my VISA..

so it'll be good prove that im not kiddin about anything..

 

My fav detail of the bike...

oh best part of my ride will be the tyres cos they are UNIVERSAL JAPANESE SIZE.

this is only possible because of the rims i got. so it's so so easy to buy tyres

and so so many selections to go for.. currently using ZR compound..

 

the usual ones la...same as most of the class 2 sport bike size.. =D

front & rear 17 Inch rims. front 120 & rear 180 - 190

 

for stock wheels,

rear is the same 17 Inch size 180...same as most class 2 bikes..

only the front is a hassle cos it's 18 inch...

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

ALL ACCESSORIES ARE BUILT & MANUFACTURED FOR THE BIKE MODEL ITSELF!!!

IT'S NOT SOME MIX & MATCH OR MOD TO FIT THINGY...

if you're wondering... the after market rims uses STOCK brake disc, bearings & Original HD rear pully mount.
