Hi, was talking to this 'Pachi' staying at the opposite blk from mine at the MSCP on Sunday afternoon. He owns a Dyna with heavily mods accessories parking at the same MSCP as mine sporty at the same storey. He was saying last weekend during a HOG ride, some of them was ambush by LTA while on their way to the meeting place and finally call the rest while on the way to meet on another location. Sigh.... he is so damn dissapointed by the authority and said he will no longer support or wanted to do any charity ride again in the near future.

a friend riding a nightster went to kaki bukit vicom for inspection. The inspector insist the OEM nightster brake cum signal lights is illegal. My friend told them bike came like that, they dont believe..after 2 hours then they realised that it is original..WTF wasting time

hmmm..i think everyone that rides a HD is thinking of giving up or changing to another ride...riding a HD should be a enjoyable thingy, not one that pumps up the blood pressure and hypertension..stressful to ride a HD these days

Anyways... Nothing much is gonna change unless the Harley market here is bigger. Small little population of Harley riders... Who don't spend alot of money at the dealer anyway... Why would such a big MOCO make noise for the small market? Spend time arguing with China and India government better... Once settle means alot more money.

I think these people are screwed! They are not sure about anything, stock parts they said is illegal.... WTF man! These people are a confused bunch of sick no life people.

the issue here is if they stop u and just want to find fault with the bike, when send to VIT*# thats the hell begins. Original stock bike photo comparison against yours....die for sure! even air filter can be fine since it look different from the stock air filter on their photo. At there, it is basically a 'tekan' session. They will go all out to find fault with you. That is their SOP.

 

I personally believed that they are specifically targeting HD bikes. Anyway its too late, no one willing to voice out.... give up or give in..

me too.... till i kena checkmate... i will go international except HD... because it is not welcome here in sillypore.

 

anyway someone is watching us on this forum... the more we talk abt it with fustration... they more amuse they will get. So i guess no more topics shall be mentioned here like mods, where it can be done, meeting place and espically your profile mentioniong your location on where u r staying. This will give clue to them on where most of the HD owner are staying and that will provide information to them on most frequent location they shall go hunting for HD bikes. lol...

bottom line is...they just want to make money... do u think they care about who get caught daily, how many get caught and will that affect their sales here locally?? lol... do u think we can do anything abt it ourself?? i always believe i will see that that day happening being pull-over somehow, somewhere, sometime... it just a matter of time.. even if you dun ride, they will visit your bike at your carpark one fine day taking pictures.

I am determined to enjoy my ride despite what is happening. Life is too short. Until something better comes along... I will go stock... Enjoy the companion of fellow bikers n ride for fun. Whatever ridiculous crap people will think of next to spoil my ride... I will emerge the victorious because "heaven got eyes". I'm convinced I'm having a happier life then "insert whoever u think is appropriate" that way
