All new 2007 Sporsters owners:

Did anyone of you got notified by Harley for the voltage regulator problem?

It seems that the voltage regulator is too high and might catch the front fender. Don't know how it might happen for mine. Doesn't look possible to me.

I attached the pdf file (diagrams inside) that I got from the web. US is already fixing it.

Not at the moment. somebody think nobody know anything about this thing c*** up on sportster since last year man. Maybe it just me.. too demanding.

This one is more comfortable for our computer ... LOL ...

Aiyo ... How come this Nightster front no dual rotor ? Sportster should use Dyna brake calipers, those single piston calipers used on 04 onwards are pretty crap ...

Lowered Harley looks cool but they are impractical ...

would u care to elaborate more....

Low ride will hit exhaust and foot pegs when enter tight corners, to avoid that happen bike begins to loose its comfortable speed. Goin over hump will hit bottom unless really careful. Hard careless or consistant hitting can cost you to spend unneccessary. It will be worst with pillion. When is low ride, usually suspension is hard and bouncy unless the rider has loaded a really good damping ones. For that, you must be ready to spend. Otherwise ... just get use to it whatever the bike behaves.

Riding a Harley still can be practical depends on which model and its set-up.

If you just want the look ... get the cheapest sportster and spend 6k on it, it should be able to get you there quite easy.
