Ace Custom Tony, moved back to JB to semi retire. for Harley servicing and repairs,  i recommend Sanfu at Kaki Bukit.   Just google it.  They are efficient both in cost and time taken.  Simple

Patt, if its a minor drip my guess its the inner primary seal that leak and a lot of labor to reach that seal. i switch from synthetic to harley oil on my dyna and the leak stopped, might be the lower vicosity but it worked for me.

Hi Guys, I just got an old FLSTC in Singapore.

 

I used to ride a Fatboy in 1993 and have been riding Harleys and still own Roadkings, sportsters and older vintage Harleys.

 

I do not go to the dealership to install stuff and I have a lot of Kuryakyn, Vance and Hines, and other parts, wonder if there is an alternative place to install and are parts and labor generally expensive in Singapore? The cost of Harleys here seem a little high in the dealership, compared to the US and UK

I think you need to elaborate more on the 'bee' sound. exactly when does it happen? What patt87 is describing is the sound of the fuel priming...which I'm not too sure is what you are referring to....

 

Is it a mechanical sound? Electronic sound? Happens right after you turn the ignition? During cranking or after cranking and engine is idling?

its electronic sound when I press the ignition. the sound almost covered by the engine sound when cranking...

 

so far, I only hear once in past 2 weeks. :lol::lol::lol: maybe she knows I am searching for answer, and she recovery herself already.

there are fans you can install on the left side where the horn is located, also get a heat shield that mounts under the tank to take away some radiated heat from the legs. as for oil cooler it is only effective when on the move.

If you got cash to spare get the Screamin Eagle Pro Super Tuner and make it run rich at part throttle... Runs slightly cooler. But still will get hot when not moving

I tested twice and the seller will say almost exactly the same story. First, the seller will say the bike was sold but they have another one for you. Because of relocation, all his bikes were brought to Denmark (maybe the seller will use another country this time) but cannot register there. So they will sell them cheap cheap. They will even present the bike right in front of you and if you decide not to buy, it's ok. Once, the seller told me the bike was in Denmark but I found it in Singapore!

 

It will be best if you can try to contact the seller yourself and see if you have the same story as mine.
