Hi Brothers,

Anyone has a set of hard case saddle bags for Roadking let me know. Thinking of replacing my current ones on roadking Classics.

Thank you and ride safe.

Hi everyone! Just got myself a 2006 Road King, carburetor model. Hope to learn from you all and join in the gatherings!

Btw, I can't lock my hard cases despite trying many times, could it be that my locks are spoilt or I don't know how to lock them?

I also hear lots of rattling metal when riding, is it common?

Gear pedal needs quite a fair bit of strength to change, normal too? (Used to riding Japanese bikes)

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy a bike, and that's close enough.

Hi Melvin, I just got a 2008 road king not too long ago..

Maybe can consult your mech to take a look at the locking mechanism?

Rattling sounds serious. Mine also rattled, and changed primary, compensator and tensioner, seems to solve the problem.

Gearing wise, just need to adjust the clutch to a comfortable biting point.

Am wondering if there is a platform to discuss meetups as well.. any senior members to advice?

Would love to meet up and ride with Harley riders! Just PM me at 92967895!

Thanks for your reply. May I know who do you go to service your bike? I'm totally new to Harley.

Yes, I need someone to help me with my lock. The previous owner told me one lock is spoilt and the other one is working. My gear lever is hard to kick, as though the joints aren't lubricated.

Hi Melvin,

The Harley twin cam engines are known to have some inherent design flaw. Read and find out if the information in the article affects you
