Hi Guys, just got my XL 1200 nightster. but i start to experience some trouble with the clutch, the biting point is rather close and my bike tends to move forward even clutch in... is the anything i can do on my own? P.S just brought it a few days back so I'm still rather new the Harley... Any help or tips would be much much appreciated

Just locate the clutch cable adjuster which is somewhere along your clutch cable.

Adjust that and the clutch lever will be further out making your biting point further away.

I currently ride the Road King 2008 and I love it as it is - all stocked engine without fear of the authorities banging on me .

 

Spends about $100 to $200 every month on maintenance, repairs or upgrades.

 

 

occasionally ride with HOGS but most time ride with a bunch of lone wolves.

 

Any senior Harley owners here considering going to the "dark side" hehheeeeee

 

I.e. The Indian or the Victory bikes in Singapore?

thanks brother, anyways just took my bike for inspection at a bikeshop, told me that my clutch is spoiled as well as my brake master pump and informed me the i should go online and buy myself if not Harley(sg) usually sell at a higher price($650 was the price). any idea how i can buy this clutch fiction disc and steel plate for the clutch? or better any shop that can help me get after market part's for harley? or any shop that is specialist in harley repair? really scare to ride my nightster now.....:weep:

any CVO owners here or specifically CVO breakout?

I tried to search for used CVO bikes in this forum coudnt find any.

How much premium do u guys pay for a CVO version?

hit.man, try using canned compressed air:

 

 

I tried it before on my old Phantom but it didn't work because it was a huge dent. Maybe it'll work on yours.

hi seniors. i am interested in buying a harley superlow 883. looked at some 2nd hand bikes, but I am not sure how much a new harley would cost at this moment (coe + machine price). Any rough estimate? Thanks.
