Yo Yo blackreplica..!!! I strongly agree with you...!!! Wat kind of statement was that for...!!! Yes most of us here r rather new but we r not posers..!! So to say when he just got his first Ducati in those days am I right to say that he is a poser too...!! Everyone or lets say everybody need to start and learn from somewhere to know more abt ther bikes especially Ducati as parts and ect r not easy to find.. Passion..!!! Owning a Ducati is a passion itself...!!!

Can it fit my 98 M400? Is it legal?

I would like to apologise for all the chaos i have caused in the 1098 thread with the ""POSER"" post.

 

I mean no harm and it was just a conversation between me and JootBero which we then communicate via MSN. I did not realise my statement was being posted and interpreted in a different way.

 

That Post was meant for the younger generation that differs in attitude and character comparing to some of our older or past ducati owner.

 

I have known most of you guys and the ducati community. It will be plainly stupid for me to say that.

 

I do not make comments for the sake of it but i do have come accross them who are really rude.

 

As mention, Those statement was not made for any of the guys here.

I've seen photos of that bike all over the place and i can tell you that bike has the nicest custom headlight assembly i have EVER seen on any monster. Its just frikking beautiful. Unfortunately even the owner of the bike himself doesnt know where to get it anymore, it was a one-off piece he got locally

 

I would easily pay 600-800 bucks for those headlights, just freaking beautiful

 

having said that i am not a fan of his drastic tail-chop mod, but props to him nonetheless for a job well done

btw guys: anyone has any recommendations for a decent(quality wise) half-face helmet...? the normal type, not fullface or halfcap...

 

something along the lines of 100-250 bucks? i noe ah boy n regina sells a great variety of affordable half-face helmets, but they barely last half a yr...either e visor becomes lose/cracks or an accidental drop n some parts fall off... any brand or model i should b looking out for? i dunno where to start...hope u guys could offer some help...

Not a local bike but i've been following his story on the other monster forums. He posts there from time to time. i think he is an italian or something. anyway i found a pic from the front, get a load of these headlights. I think there is a way to mimic is somewhat, i found some hella fog lamps (saw them mounted on a BMW and went searching for it online) which look very similar to the headlights you see here. but the mounting bracket, wiring, small fairing will take custom work to do. Still, not impossible to do. Maybe i'll do this in a few months when i've got the time

 

IMO this is the only headlight assembly i have ever seen on a monster which looks better than the stock round headlights

U might want to take a look at the Sachs MadAss bought in by Mah Pte. It has similar headlights setup. I think with a little modification... can fit lah!

Hey those are almost identical! The side mounting bracket doesnt look as nice but its easily changed. If the bracket was black it would be almost perfect wouldnt it? Awesome stuff thanks for the link man you've given me a reason to visit Mah this weekend LOL

Try OGK... Ah boy carries it..!! My friend bought one some time ago.. abt 180++ Its those normal type u wanted... Just tell him OGK open face helmet... Cheers....
