one of our ducati riders,irfan, is getting married next weekend... he has sincerely invited you guys for a short marriage convoy ride.

ride would start from yishun at 11am ---> bt. timah shopping centre for lunch at an indonesian restaurant.... then abt 1pm ride back to yishun..

 

it'll be on the 9th August(saturday)... he's really hoping everyone could come ! it'll be a great opportunity for the ducati riders to meet up too !

 

plz list down yr names n contact if u guys could make it !

The Ducati club is holding meet up this saturday, meeting at West coast Macdonalds, those who are not members can still attend for the convoy. its 1.30 PM at West Coast macs. 50 over ducatis is the expected number, so join in the fun its a convoy to the bike fest btw.

 

I'll be there.. Hope to see more of our ppl there too.. it would be a great ride cheers

Wah the Monster 696 with Termi exhausts!! Sui ah!! But gosh .. hope the rider can wear something more suitable for riding next time.

 

The Monster never fails to turn me on, no matter old or new. Wah lao, wish I could own a Monster 696 and a Street Triple at the same time. OMG .

Information for those involved in my 'little' project.

 

Defects:

1) Gear change from 4th-5th will sometime miss

2)Handle-bar can be fully turn left. The stopper screw could be broken during the last trip.

3) Crack on LH turn signal. Any advise on what design to get?

4) Rear brake sluggish

 

Servicing:

1) 20k servicing

2) Rocker arms/valves/belts check

3) Full wiring loom change

4) Respray tank/bottom tank's panel to red. Reuse the stickers if possible

5) Respray mirrors to matt black. Seem nicer?!?

6) Rewrap pillion seat to black

7) Remove qty:04 wire meshes on original cowling and re-fit to new cowling

 

Parts to buy:

1) Full wiring loom

2) Fairings. ( The HK shop quote me 100USD to transport to a shop in HK, damm)

3) Aftermarket Clutch slave pump

4) Termis if I can find one

5) etc.... How deep is my pcoket??

 

A big thanks to those who will be involved one way or another. Please help me keep a lookout for parts in ebay or anything that will suit my project.

Bro....Beast Air-Intake got 2 types. Both types CANNOT be used on carburetor units. Only works for Fuel-injection ones. I ole skool lah, riding a 98 M4, that cannot idle for more than 1 minute. Hafn't tried, but the theory behind this is sound. The price is a bit ex, because they made the kit easy for you to install. No need mechanic. However, if you know what you are doing, ask your mech to do it, should be cheaper lah.
