There was a used 696 for sale at Minerva just a few days ago.

Can try and talk to Mary over there. I think asking almost 20k, 19k ++

If anyone is interested there is a pearl white 696 for sale, when the bike isn't even in singapore yet. Not sure why the seller is letting it go tho'

Specs apart, I believe the pearl white is the one to have if your going for 696.

Wowee!! Pearl White! I love! That will be my colour of choice if I'm getting the 696 too. That person paid fully for the bike and wants to sell now?

If things look good in 2D or 3D, 4D is the way to go to own a 696!

But I tried the 696 once and if you like a bike with high torque, you might be disappointed. would suggest the SR series, at least higher torque and dry clutch. May get a used S2R 1000 for about 20k as well. Just my opinion.

I agree, after test riding the S2R.

Bang for buck, the S2R is better value than the 696.

Power is nothing without control. Remember that!!!!

Just bcoz you have the juice, doesn't mean you need to use it all the time. Life is sacred, other lives are beyond priceless.

Enjoy your ride, since we ride because we love to ride. When the rider gets on a mcycle, remember that the motorcycle is controlled by the rider, do not let the mcycle control the rider.

Always always always be aware of the surroundings, the environment, the conditions, and the bike. Don't let distractions get the better of you.

*ok....enuff gpapa posts!*

get a eDUCATIon.............

Oh my god.... Sounds like my BBDC instructor.....

i totally agree!

i used to think the bigger the cc the better.

well it is well known that we only use 20% of our brain capacity.

it is also true that on our best of days,we could never push our bike(in what ever cc this may be) to its full potentials.

dont get caught in the motorcycle arms race.no doubt we can buy but buy what you can handle its more fun this way.

There's more fun in making slow bike go fast than making a fast bike faster:angel: FOR SALE KAWASAKI ZEPHYR EBC BRAKE PADS FA129HH.DUC CLUTCH SLAVE PUMP,SIGNAL RELAY.

Gentlemen and Ladies,

Once there were 3 hornets for sale, now there are two..(BECAUSE I BOUGHT ONE LAH)

Anyone interested in buying?

2 hornet 600 for sale

$3300; black hornet in very good condition(can coi for 18 months) coe due may 2010. Only steering cone bearing a bit ratchety. Outlook is 9/10. Bike is in woodlands.

$2500; blue hornet condition unsure. One year COE left. Outlook 7/10. Bike is at KC(Mike's friend's bike).

Stock HP for both bikes is 97 hp.... ;) Little known fact, the Honda Hornets are designed by Honda Italy. Hornet 600 built in Italy and carries a de-tuned CBR 600 RR engine. Other difference is it has an undertail exhaust.

Call me for contact nos or other details.

Dreamed I was a muffler. Woke up exhausted.

well, if u have a larger brain than normal, your 20% usage will be more than the average joe right? :p

If the brain is larger, that's bcoz it's filled with air. At least that's what I see in the test cases of bosses.

No wonder I find the old Hornet good looking ... so it's designed by Italians. I was ready to get the Hornet 250 during my Class2A time, if I couldn't get my hands on a Monster400. Too bad I can't really say the same for the new Hornet .. maybe it was designed by a half-Italian :p

dry clutch is nice to hear but theres also a down side to it...

it needs attention more than we ones.

yeah i do heard bout the life span of the dry clutch.

some say it can last 5k or milage. some say can only last 10k.

the dry clutch got to be replace after 10k usage.

is it that short???
