the bike in the photo is in fact an electric bike. it uses an i-phone as the dashboard - dont think the bike is in production

For US$100k would you get this or the desmo? This bike is quite cool looking but I guess the sound is like in-line 4 since z-line 4 engine??? Kinda looks like electric bik the way they hid the exhaust.

the monster is very torquey and agile. i think i will have to push the NRS a little harder if i want to keep up or overtake. i miss my M400... need to get myself a ducati to complement all the ducati t-shirts i bought

 

I got over taken by monster at least once or twice along ECP towards city. Growl.......

These beast are damn fast and no match to catch up with them :-)

wondering if u guys do hold meet up and stuffs occasionally,would be glad to join u all!.

It is hard to put a price on a good monster. True there will be a super good monster price like $3k that comes along once in a while.

 

Think about it. If it is at $3k and the rest is selling at approx $8-10k, wouldnt the seller also consider selling higher? The trouble is that when many people see a cheap ducati, buy it, ride it, obviously breaks down or major repair, they say bike sucks, sell it off again at $5k with receipts of work done, next guy gets it, monster still not fixed up well yet, changed mechanics, bikes sits in workshop again for some time, sells off to next owner and say ducati sux, ducati mechanic sux, etc. cycle goes on until someone buys it. spends everyhing he has on it. makes it well. sells for $10k, next one buys, rides and smiles like mad!!!!

It could be one, or a combination, of the following:

 

1. Tire needs to be balanced.

2. Steering cone bearings are worn

3. Wheel bearing are worn.

I'd just changed a pair of steering cone. Me too suspects it's the wheel bearings and the balancing. Thanks Singhla. Will go get Raymond have a look when I go servicing.
