Had a BMC street on my 04, using BMC race on my 08 now. No complaints, i'm happy with BMC's quality, fitment and durability. Performance-wise cannot quantify because always installed with other items.

 

What advantages does it have in fitted with BMC with those without BMCs?

I once read a magazine comparison test of air filters, with before and after dyno runs. In that article only the BMC race filter showed a power increase (+1 or 2 horse i forget). BMC street and some others negligible increase over stock, some aftermarket filters actualy lost power. But this was long ago i cannot remember which mag or when.

It's either hold down mode button and tap reset button, or the other way around. Try it in the temperature mode, i think can't switch in some modes. Scroll thru kmh/celcius, kmh/farenheit, mph/celcius and mph/farenheit. Something like that anyways, can't remember exactly.

Just for everyone's info, it's taken over a year but pretty much all my parts off my '04 are sold.

 

Only thing i have left, which i found in my room the other day, is a pair of BRAND NEW OEM front brake rotors for the 06/07 zx-10r. Also fits 04/05, but these have black carriers instead of the gold ones. They're still wrapped in plastic, so good buy for anyone who needs to replace their rotors on a budget. Asking price $200.

how high rpm u pull on gear 1 ? u will torture the bike if u pull on gear 1 !! Don't think is gear box problem la ....check anything loose or not ...check chain/sprockets 1st for wear and tear or loose ...

Guys just for ure info.. Parts of my bike were stolen :cry: Ohlins damper,shorty levers,brake calipers (both) and HEL brake lines..Ask for help to keep a lookout if u know anybody that might wanna sell these..

yea it sure sucks..not riding at the moment..no calipers so cannot brake..haha! unfortunately no marks..just the items..oh well..
