my friends and i, we could spend more than 5hrs juz washing bike. haha

$10 is quite wasteful if done by the month, IMO.

Moreover, with the common use of the garden hose at those gas station carwashes, I even avoid going there to have my bike cleaned.

 

I usually make it a point to wash my own bike. From there, I can see its every perfections -- even imperfections or whether something's amiss, maybe a missing screw or a broken lever.

 

Sometimes, I really enjoy having some personal time with my bike...washing and polishing it myself is one of the ways of doing it.

By the way, why doesn't the poll have an option for "Wash bike every fortnight" for instance...or something with a longer interval?

Err...bring a hose, then when you reach the petrol station you will see a post with a sign that says "Angin & Air".

 

Plug your hose into the faucet that's labeled "Air" and wash away. Good luck

how nice it wld be if there is a place where they specialise in washing bikes n at the same time an open air cafe wif snaks n drinks while waiting for the bikes to be washed n races n bikes thingy showing on a big tv screen

 

There is one such business in Singapore...

 

Handlebar in Singapore provides bike wash, food, beer, etc.. a very popular hangout for beer-guzzling 'angmors' with Harleys

Many Harley owners visit the cafe, not surprisingly, many of whom are 'angmors'. If you're lucky you might spot some HEAVILY customised Harleys.

 

There is a bay specifically designed for bike washing. Indian nationals or school kids are employed to wash the Harleys there.

 

I don't see why sportsbikes can't go there, maybe you guys could organise an outing to the Handlebar, and have the whole entourage wash there bikes there.
