f*ckin goodness sake, how can a reputable motortiam be so ridiculous?? bro, before u go off, u should told them, this is not the end yet. Now what u have to do is to complain to CASE. And according to ur situation, u have a good chance of winning, be it their ridiculous or attitude. This is obviously choppin u ! with that amount, u can throw away this bike and get a new one already! I feelin frustrated for u too. Go ahead and prepare ur "strategy" but do take care of ur life (as in ur work also) also. File a complain to CASE and at the same time, dont let such a f**king shop disrupt ur life. Bros at sbf sure behind u ..

small claim tribunal is not doing hire purchase case..

 

my bike is still under hire purchase.

i dont really want to go into legal matters as lawyer charges are huge..

compare to 750 that i lost

U can also try to go see your MP to bring it up... see if he / she can help.

If talking about lawyers to fight the case, then I would think that you meant taking private summons against them? civil suit?. Can try Legal Aid if you fit the criteria. Best of luck!!

This shop is really something... Still remembered they charged me $10 for a double patching job on my rear tyre last year... Recommended me some stock tyre for the price of other better ones... Thinking that I can be slaughtered/cheated... Knn!!!

From ya statement, you seem to have a upper hand of the situation. Check wif ya MP first. Grass root leaders have lawyers around to handle such issue. No worries.

i believe you can even expose the shop name here as you have got proof it is from them and it is all true, so they can't sue you for defaming them (guys correct me if i'm wrong)
