Date: 16th September 2006, Saturday

Form Up Area: To be revealed 1 week before the event!

Form Up Time: 1400hrs

Set Off Time: 1500hrs

Route: To be revealed 1 week before the event!

 

Registration: Reserve your place in the Big Bike Convoy! Registrations are FREE & COMPULSORY for organisers to ensure that all participants have a valid Licence. Organisers reserve the right to reject any Biker who did not register.

 

2 STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS

You will receive a confirmation email by 10th September 2006 informing you of your meetup location.

 

There will be an indemnity form attach in the confirmation email. Please ensure that you fill up this form and pass it to us on Convoy Day (1 indemnity / rider).

 

Please contact SBBF Admin at 6438 7576 during office hours - 0930hrs to 1700hrs or email [email protected] should you fail to receive your confirmation by 10th September 2006.

All riders must have these:

 

Valid rider's license

Own motorcycle with valid insurance and road tax

Road legal helmet

 

On Convoy Day:

1 - Please show your Driver's License and a print out of your registration form.

 

2 - You will then be issued a ticket in which you may purchase the Rally Park at the event for $20.

 

It's up to the Organiser's discretion to allow the rider to ride if he/she is not able to show valid proof of his/her identity and rider's licence.

1400hrs Bike Convoy to gather at meeting point (to be revealed 1 week before the event).

 

1500hrs The Biggest Bike Convoy in Singapore to start - Route will go through key landmarks in Singapore ending at Clarke Quay.

Event activities to start @ Clarke Quay.

 

 

1600hrs Bike Convoy to arrive back at Clarke Quay.

 

1630hrs Speech by G.O.H.

Where to Park

 

There will be a SBBF Bike Park along River Valley Road. Free of Charge

 

Additional Parking would be available at Liang Court and Clarke Quay. Parking charges apply.

 

Overnight Bike Parking will be available at SBBF Bike Park for those who do not wish to ride back after the party. You can collect your bike on Sunday.
