nah, im still on a super4..been following your thread for quite a while coz, simply said, i just love the fjr lah..my friends all been saying "fazer fazer! u still young! blablabla..." and seriously i think i got brainwashed already. but there's still that stubborn few braincells that's shouting out "FJR!" every now and then. i think you know what i mean eh?.. haha..

 

but whatever the case may be, i wun be upgrading til next may or june. going to hta for training for 28 weeks from mid-nov, so that's a good time to save up (i just love stay-ins!). so i got plenty of time to get brainwashed still. so what do you guys think? fjr or fz1? handling-wise, no worries. been riding vfr800 for over a year. it's more about the insurance cost and of course, the 'age' issue. btw im 22 this year, 23 next june.

yo bro , i upgraded from a fz1 to a fjr , this year. I am loving it , like mcdonalds . anyway bro handling wise i said the bike take coners and u turns easier then a fz1 , cos the handle are not long , so the turning is not wide , but street riding i say fz 1 , for me i like cross- country rides , and i did that with fz 1 and its gd , but i want do it a fjr cos it will be better . there is a lot to compare with a fazer and fjr . By the way one of my bro bought a fjr he is 21 yrs and insurance is on the high side for him ,. that did not stop him , its the passion dude.

Yes,ur insurance will be on ur high side due to ur age..if ur gonna buy a brand new FJR be prepared to fork out ard $400++ a month aite. its rather ex lah..

well it up to you to decide Fz1 or a FJR... i,m the cbr900 rider here anyway... i understand your side for insurance loading on your age and i'm not better than you and i'm 21 now! was shock when the calculation finals and it not like every yr on high side. Anyway i'm not a flirty rich nor having big income every month like a tap like that, BUT if you do your calculation and expenditure it shd not b a prob.

 

yes, some ppl might think passion cannot take and eat. BUT if u refer to the calculation and expenditure work out fine for you den it shd b a green light. IF over shot den it better to put on hold first review and wait for beter outcome.

 

 

any btw thanks to all the FJR riders for the pointers for the bike on that night ... see you guys for the next FJR outing.

the marshalling is for the singapore bikers fest cum sbf anniversary. read somewhere that there's gonna be a huge convoy. the marshallers are supposed to help the police (tp or auxiliary, not sure) guide the riders etc while they block off the roads or something.
