Hi Mikem,

 

I'm fabricating a backrest from scratch. My choice of material is mild steel with oven painted. Once i have the template done from cardboard, i'll pm the pictures you.

 

It'll take a few weeks but hopefully i will get the whole backrest before CNY. The design that i'm copying is from Sargeant backrest. Similar to it.

New models for FJR should include the K-TRAC like the kawas do.. Its a very important feature esp in wet and gravel roads. But it seems that no improvements have been made from 08 model onwards..

Just want to say HELLO to this FJR rider as i saw a FJR this afternoon while i'm otw back home, see him riding FJR w/2 bros exhaust, plate number is 21** last 2 digi is the same so no need to say, saw him on the highway BKE
