Anyone here serviced at Hong Leong before?

 

If you do, how much do they charge for oil (both EO and shaft oil), filter and plugs? And what kind of EO they using? Are they using YAMALUBE?

I've serviced my bike there before.

 

The prices for one servicing package are here: http://www.hlcorp.com.sg/motorcycles/promotions.asp -- for FJR it says $174 if you go with synthetic oil.

 

I remember paying a bit more, like $200+, maybe ~$215? Can't remember, and I'm not near my receipts at the moment.

 

I'm not sure what oils they use.

You duplicated your key at that shop, right? This duplicate key can be use to start the bike too. Thanks in advance.

dont worry i also only have 2 black key no red key for me but also possible to duplicate ... just go to the shop beside regina

I did not duplicate but the aunty there say it will be like the normal key we have so I suppose it will start the engine too

In that case, you better try out the key or else u will be in same problem as me if you lose your first key.

After reading so much about the issue on Timing chain and Tensioner, went to Ah Tak for checking. Relief that all is okay for now. Btw was quota $148 for the frame sliders inclusive of installation. Is price ok?

COE just renewed. Good for another ten years. Although don't have as much electronic gimmicks as the newer boys, this bike never ever came out a error code!!!

most likely your battery is going soon..another tips for u. if highbeam light is on when you didnt on it.it an error code. when i did my bike with HL. i was told by the malay mech there.

Hi feejarians, i've got a touratech 3/4" handle bar raiser for sale at $40 including extended bolts and nuts. Whoever has wrist pain/ shoulder pain using stock handle bars, this is a good solution for you. Comes with instructions. Interested pls sms me at 91161071. Cheers!

Bring up the idling to 1.5 using the knob on normal cold start where it will warm up itself down to 0.9 to 1 when it reaches 2-3 bar temperature.

 

Normal idling shd be abt 800-900 rpm.
