if must do something about it must do entrapment style. pretend to be an easy target then when they come to rob u one large group come out and ambush them back. beat them down like dogs and then hand them over to msian police, they will even smile haha. this should send a clear message to the muzza ****ing robbers.

It is partially our own doing also mah.

If we dun go in to JB, they also have no chance to rob us. It's because they know that there's all these easy singaporean prey coming across the causeway, that's why the number of crooks in JB is sky high.

My buddy just went to JB to eat. Park his GSR4 in front of police station somemore. Came back, master pump stolen, brake lines cut.

So in trying to save a few bucks on food and gas, he now has to fork out $500+ to fix his bike. How many times must he go in to pump gas to recover that amount? Assuming he saves $10 per trip, he has to go more than 50 times? He'll probably get robbed or stuff stolen again in that 50 times. And I'm sure he's not the only one. Just look at your own circle of riding friends. There's bound to be someone you know or someone you know who knows someone that has had a bad experience in JB. Ever occured to you that sooner or later you will add to that statistic?

Imagine this scenario.

Singaporean bikers (and even better, drivers as well) stopped going into jb to pump gas, buy food & cigarette. Of course to play track or 2nd link gudang, still must go in la. That one cannot avoid. But not for gas, food or cigarettes. Here will be the outcome:

Cons :

* Singaporean bikers will have to possibly fork out $200 - $300 more a month on petrol, food & smokes. (and illegal vcds/dvds for those who buy them)

Pros :

* JB robbers will have no one to rob already. No more cash cows. They will have to turn on their own local people and that will not sustain them for long. Which means the robbers will die a natural death. (not literally of course)

* Singapore spending will grind to a halt in JB. (btw, if you din know, our spending contributes to a significant amount of their income)

* If we can keep it up for a few months, their treat-us-like-dirt policy* (especially at customs) will change dramatically.

* If we can keep it up for a year, they will beg us to come back. Seriously.

* We finally get treated like kings, which we should be because we are their customers, and the customer is always king. Likewise, when they come to Singapore and spend, they too should be treated well.

* Singapore's economy will recover faster because all our hardearned money is spent here, in Singapore. And not in a state that does not appreciate it at all.

I'm not saying boycott Malaysia. I'm saying boycott JB. Coz that's where all the crooks are, just waiting for some fresh Singapore meat. It's really not worthwhile to risk your safety just to save a few bucks each time. Have a think about it, guys... Maybe we can even start a movement. A "Boycott JB" movement. Have some nice BJB decal on our bikes. After all, if we don't start to respect** ourselves, why would they respect us?

* I would like to add that not everywhere in JB we get treated poorly. This is referring to the places that do give us crap.

** When I say respect, or rather the lack of it, I mean going into JB to save some money even though when rob us, harass us and steal from us. It's no different from eating rice off the floor that they threw at you. I know this statement is rather strong but take a minute to think about it objectively. And you might just realize it's not far from the truth.

ps : for the record, i used to be a rider who went in to JB for half price petrol, less than half price ciggies, and cheap food. Til someone showed me the light.

Thank you to those who took the time to read this. "Majulah Singapura!!"

next time go those place pls ask more people go and bring knife just in case lol

hahaha

That's like leading more lambs to the slaughter, bro. Remember that often these crimes are commited by a syndicate. I'm quite sure no matter how many guys you bring in, and how many knives they carry, the bad guys will have more guys and more knives.

easy way to look fierce..

full racing suit..

boots..

carbon knuckle gloves..

tinted full face helmet..

:cheeky:

Bro, that's more like an easy way to look rich. If a rider can afford all these nice stuff, means the rider must be the fattest cash cow of all...

think its time we do something about it.. cant let them do this all the time...

form a Biker Security Group.. see this kind of ppl or case happening... stop n kill...

Again, more lambs to the slaughter, bro..

actually very easy mah, just put sideboxes and bang them off when they try to approach you ;)

Even the greatest of riders with the biggest of bikes can be taken down by large numbers of small bikes. It's all about the numbers.Remember, it's a SYNDICATE. Let's say you do get the better of them. Y0u bang them , they buang and you speed off. You know what will happen? They will want payback, and will look for the next Singaporean biker to hammer nicely. It never ends..

Bro they oso got gun leh i onli got water gun how 2 kill kill kill sux thumb rot in sg hahaz

Actually, staying in Singapore is where you actually LIVE, not rot. Coz you dun need to worry abt getting robbed. No need to look over your shoulder every other hour. No need to worry as much when you park your bike in an unfamiliar place. And our country's economy will do better as well. Of course we do have our crime rates as well, but hey, there's really no comparison to theirs, right? Especially violent crimes. Besides, when bikes here get stolen, where does it usually end up? Across the causeway. Again, SYNDICATE.

Wow bro, chill a bit, u sound like u are going to punch a passerby malaysian lol.

I believe we have to be fair to the normal malaysian riders that visit SBF too, not all malaysian riders are like that, in SG, we have ppl that set fire to bikes @ car park lots also :cheeky:

But if i were to encounter this, i would put my unarmed combat training to use too.

That would be my first instinct too, when I was 25. Up til 30. But when I got older, had a family, I began to think differently. Money is hard to earn, yes. We save and save to buy our dream rides. But is that more precious than our own lives? Money or things lost can still be earned back. A lost life cannot be earned, no matter how hard anyone tries. I have lost 2 friends to fights, and it's not something anyone would want to live with.

just dun look as if u're a gangsta in dat kind of place wit ur face...

always smile when dey look at u...n u'll b safe...trust me...

but when jb bike KAY SIAO riding in SG,bully dem back in our roads...hahaha....

datz wat i do!

Lolz... That's like tit for tat, eye for an eye. Except that the guy may be innocent. After all, dun we use the 2nd link for our kay siao riding too? I believe as a society in whole, we are of better standing than the Johor Bahru-ans. And as hard as it is, we should try and behave that way. Or else we will be no different from them. And that would be really really sad.

Simple example : IF YOU PASS A STRAY DOG, AND IT BARKS AT YOU, DO YOU AVOID IT & IGNORE IT? OR DO YOU GO DOWN ON ALL FOURS AND BARK BACK?

I apologize if i come across as a wet blanket. That is not my intention. Thanks again for reading. Ride hard... but safe.

these malaysian fcukers treat us like idiots...yet all the idiots still go in.. I will say all those who gena robbed or even worse in Malaysia dun deserve any sympathy. Its your choice to go in to that fcuked up country. den anything happens, its nobody's fault but yourself's.

I made the choice long time ago...not to be an idiot.
