Bro, I'm quite new with track(cbr1k bout a year) but learn quite fast as I can see you're one of the fast rider out there beside snakeman aka amba, doc dol, sha and the rest fast rider i'd witness. U know, "to b a man u've to beat d man" I will alway pace the fast rider available out there till I give up. My best timing 1.47 average 1.50. Sunday my fren clock me 1.49. No offend bro wayne.:cheers:

1.47 with race tire at tat time i push myself and the beast really hard. 1.50-1.49 average or constent timing. After the gravel incident I tried to push the bike and make it 1.49 with 2ct tire only my bike had enough power as doc dol or sha :cool: . You 2 a fast learner indeed.:thumb:

Already got my video posted on u-tube. There are 3 parts. 1st part is my practise, 2nd part is the 5 lap race and 3rd part will be the last 30min practise. Sounds great for the 5 lap race, but actual fact, I should say a 5 corner race..... Shame to say I left the track on the fifth corner. Anyway, asjunior, u can take a look at wat happen!!!!

kekeke.. thanks alot! It took quite some time to really get everything working in order. But the effort was paid off with the videos! Hopefully it will also be useful for riders out there. Though still not very consistant and fast enough. :cheeky:

Wow jeff after watch d vid 7Z48LUPDM, U're great with the correct lining, on T2 u take abit wide need to b close to the apex (advantage) and B4 T7 Y slow down, only slow down in between T7 & T8. U can drag the bike from highspeed corner (if ur gear is right) all the way before T9 then drop 1 gear down then enter the so call BMW corner. Anyway bro, U'd a great skill and technic, bout the incident u push ur bike hard where there is lot of slow rider (1 of them is me. hehehe). U can do it after lap1 where all rider had their safe distant one another, from there u can try ur skill to over-take 1 by 1. That what i do it on every 5 lap race, always telling myself this is no competition, be safe they started to tired after 1st lap then over take them when the opportunity is there. Unless u're MSS compertitor, where that how u practice urself over-take in high risk situation. Hope this help u to think/analyse. U can see me just infront of u at T2 and T3 at T4 u already over take me at that moment I also can do it any time but my instint say not now cause there still alot of "EXCUSE ME" slow riders where judgement still not stable, I don't 1 to get caught with them. Another miss colide at T8, Rider drop his bike slide next to me where i about to lean :sweat: 1 question? how come your on board very stable, what kind of bracket u used and wat kind of vid cam u used? Nice Vid:thumb:

I am alright. very slight sprain on my left hand, but now ok already. now my bike in bike shop. need to just mend back the fairing, change my lamp stay and touch up the flat black paint work. hehehe low budget mah. So sorry that i might have drag u all along into the gravel!

Thanks for giving me more advise! I needed it actually before the 5 lap race. At least i will stay in my position until the end of lap one, then like wat u said, overtake one by one if possible. I still got a long way to go. My only problem now is yet to get the correct speed, and my braking is always way too early where there are still alot of allowance.

 

About the video camera... i guess Doc Dol saw it on that day itself. I have a lipstick CCTV, and a high gain amplified mic, and a 12 volts battery. And after everything is connected, the output will go to the input of my mini DV video camera. All the recording will go to the mini DV tape. Then afterthat, come home, upload into my home PC.
